My name is Erik Willek and I'm a Master Certified Professional Life Coach plus Business Coach based in the Austin, Tx area. I've been helping clients in the Coaching industry for over 10 years now, with a focus on using Energy Psychology to help clients go deeper within themselves safely and easily. Energy Psychology is a blend of Spiritual Practices, Clearings, Readings and Psychology. One of the core belief's I work from is that our negative Feelings, Ideas, Beliefs and Emotions affect our ability to Access our unique inner Power, Strength's, Gifts and Talents and move forward within our lives.
My unique specialty is being able to emotionally support and help my clients go deeper within themselves, which allows them to become more aware of Sub-Conscious Limiting Ideas, Feelings, Thoughts and Belief Systems or Patterns that are Stopping them or Preventing them from Obtaining their Goals. I help clients understand better ways of handling their Emotions or Negative Mindset's and how to become more aware of them before they become a problem or blockage within their lives.
